Swim – 550 yards

Bike - 10 miles

Run 3.1 miles

Swim: The swim portion of the race begins at beautiful Mariaville Lake. We will have an out and back swim.

Bike: The bike begins on Batter St. and winds around the lake onto Rte. 159. Riders will then take a right onto Lake Road and bike through the scenic area near Featherstonhaugh Lake, and Lake Road’s state and County forests. At the end of Lake Road, Bikers will turn left onto Churches Rd. and right on Mudge Rd, and right onto Skyline Dr. and left onto Knight Rd. At this point participants will take a left onto 20 and a right onto Rte. 395.

Run: The last leg is the run, which starts and finishes in Front of the Duanesburg Area Community Center. The run transition will be stationed at Basset Health.

Finish: The band the Goat Boys will be playing for racers and specators.

There is NO rain date for the event. In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster, acts of God, acts of war or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns. Under such circumstances, there will be absolutely no refunds or transfer of entries to future triathlon events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason.
